The auto mixing system,an advanced computer-controlled cement slurry mixing device ,is mainly composed of mixing tub,high energy mixer,computer system,dry cement metering valve,circulating centrifugal pump,injection centrifugal pump,booster centrifugal pump,agitating system and manifolds.A non-radioactive densitometer measures density.The mixing tub has two communicated mixing compartments for secondary or multiple circulation.
The ACM automatic mixing control system can automatically control slurry density through a computer ,featuring easy operation and accurate density control .All the operating data are displayed on the computer screen ,and can be stored ,downloaded and remote real tiime monitored.
The software systems have three version of Chinese-English,Chinese-Russian,English-Russian language available .and the unit conversion between metric and imperial system can be realized easily.The simulation control is provided to facilitate operator's training.
