High Strength: The use of thickened Q345 steel plates combined with full-penetration welding enables the tank body to withstand 1.5–2.0 MPa of pressure.
Corrosion Resistance: The inner wall is treated with Sa 2.5-grade sandblasting and a 250–320 μm epoxy coating, making it resistant to corrosion.
Large Capacity: The tank provides an effective volume of 30–70 m³, ensuring sufficient mud supply for continuous drilling operations.
Safety: The platform has a load-bearing capacity of 2.0 kN/m² and is equipped with anti-slip grating and guardrails to ensure safe operation.

The drilling mud tank system includes the following solids control equipment:
- Shale Shaker for primary solids control at 100 microns.
- Desander for second-stage solids control, removing cuttings down to 40 microns.
- Desilter for third-stage solids control, removing cuttings down to 20 microns.
- Decanter Centrifuge for fine solids separation in the 2–7 micron range.
