Acidizing Pump Skid

Acidizing Pump Skid is used for acidizing, fracking, well washing, and plug removal. It is engine powered, driving a TPH400 piston pump through a 4700 transmission and driveshaft, and a centrifugal pump through a PTO.

Manifolds and valves are made of anti-corrosion materials, which can be resistant to 35% hydrochloric acid;
SPS non-leakage packing;
Diesel fired coolant pre-heat system available for option. The heater allows the engine to be preheated before starting without the use of external power.
