The PCS-611A Automatic Density Control single pump cementing skid is a new generation of cementing equipment utilizing the TPC600 piston pump and the ACM automatic mixing system. The extended length TPC600 piston pump is characterized by the advantages of the TPB piston pump, which makes packing replacement and maintenance easier, making it an ideal pump for single-pump cementing units.

The single pump cementing skid is equipped with an extended TPC600 piston pump, which makes packing maintenance easier.
Mixing power is provided by a separate power unit, which increases the actual operating power of the mainframe.
The power sources for the slurry recirculation pump and the triplex pump are independent, so slurry quality is not affected by fluctuations in triplex pump pressure or flow.
The special pressurized centrifugal pump makes the recirculation system and pressurized system independent of each other, avoiding the two systems affecting each other and improving the mixing quality.
